At its meeting of June 14, 2023, the Tres Hermanos Conservation Authority Board approved  to move from a monthly to a bi-monthly meeting schedule. Meetings will now take place on the second Wednesday of the following months: January, March, May, July, September, and November. Meetings start at 6 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Chino Hills City Hall located at 14000 City Center Drive.

Formed in February 2019, the Authority is a joint powers agency with representatives from the cities of Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, and Industry. Its purpose is to work collaboratively to coordinate the ownership, maintenance and use of the of the 2,445-acre Tres Hermanos Ranch property.
