The Authority Board meetings are held bi-monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the Chino Hills City Hall located at 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Meetings are conducted in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
In-Person and Telephonic Participation Available
Meetings will be held telephonically and in person at Chino Hills City Hall. Directors and limited staff may be physically present for this meeting. Public participation details are available on the meeting agenda.
Submitting Public Comment
Members of the public may provide public comment by sending their comments to the Authority Secretary by email at email@example.com by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please indicate “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT” in the subject line. Comments will be distributed to the Authority Directors and noted for the record at the meeting. Alternatively, public comment may be submitted during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. See agenda for details.
